Hi Garth:

I am advocating for another party and actively advocating against the extreme right-wing conservative MP in my riding. I keep on receiving comments like “you are an idiot” or “you are a hate-monger” on my personal diary blog that gets barely 30 hits a day. I am sure that a higher traffic site such as yours gets tons of threats/insults/etc. Even though we are advocating for different parties, I agree that this is a campaign of fear and is beginning to remind me of my history lessons about Germany before WWII.. not a surprise with the former Heritage Front affiliations of the Reform Party/Conservatives/whatever they are hiding behind now. Chin up and soldier on – ever need any help with the cyber stuff feel free to e-mail me.

Well Larry, your spots sure are showing. Prostitution is not a profession. It’s the end result of a neo cynical and macho society that says to itself, that after a woman is abused or on drugs — a victim — she is worthless, so let’s throw her away or throw money at her and allow her to throw her own life away.

This commenter nicknamed Lauwrence is about as low as the Conservative Party Headquarter’s commenters get.

Larry swooped in twice, once at 12.08 2:30 PM and again at 13.08 9:41 AM just for the purpose of doing a personal attack on me. My crime? I had pointed out the untoward comments that two of his other paid Conservative blog trollers had made about helpless female victims of our society. My crime was to dare say anything about the comments of the Conservative fakes who comes here to disrupt Garth’s blog, and for that one of them plops a smear me. reminiscent of Germany in the 30’s.

Harper and his paid gang of thugs will be quite surprised to find out that Canadians are paying attention.

I’m a middle aged women who has never belonged to a political party, yet Harper’s War Room sees fit to attack even my comment. I want a decent country back.

Message to Old-time Progressive Conservatives:

It’s your responsibility to get rid of the insidious disease that took over your party. Please get cracking.

Thanks for your updates Garth and if anyone deserves to be an MP its you!I feel ill tho when i read the articles about a Harper majority?
What possibly could people be thinking?I think the liberal approach to ads “sucks”…harper is a compulsive liar and its documented..where,s the attack ads showing him at his real domineering self? Personally id attack him…he has shown over and over again his superior attitude and his inability to handle any kind of criticism. furthermore he doesn’t have enough brains to keep his mouth shut when he loses it………hit him hard and he will destroy himself!
