And the blame seems to be landing on the prime minister's doorstep.

Stunned Conservatives MPs are barely concealing their outrage. Many are venting their anger in private because of Stephen Harper's iron grip on the party and the uncertain prospects of a coalition of opposition parties.

But while a few blame Harper's new top aide, Guy Giorno, for putting their government on a knife's edge, most lay responsibility for their unprecedented predicament squarely at the feet of the prime minister.

ya i knew it would happen, they turned on him in record time!

Charles, consider this.

The broker of this deal is Chretien. Not only did he confirmed authenticity of government corruption is good for the country he raised raw log exports to unsustainable levels killing the forest industry. Meanwhile the protector of these lost jobs has eagerly joined, with the only condition being an increase in UI to benefit the unemployed caused by the broker of this deal. I don`t belive any politician in our history has ever slapped their supporters harder in the face than Layton is doing. Furthermore the BQ will only support the co-co government if it governs in the best interests of Quebec. The country is now at the whim and control of Quebec separatists which guarantees the `or else` is in play out west.

And while all this is happening,,,

economic conditions will force the changes required

If the other parties unite, put their differences aside and govern with a certain amount of fairness, then Canada will be a relatively good country to live in.

Increased raw log exports which brought increased government revenue while decreasing the value to forestry workers was previous Liberal government which destroyed western forestry. The NDP who tout themselves as the defender of forest workers are offering to join this group as long as unemployment benefits are extended, that`s making Canada better?

lol, Charles surly you must find this crew making Canada a relatively good country to live in a contradiction.

The only thing the left has in common is the desire to replace family with daycare.

Mark my words, with Biden as US VP and Clinton in state this is the motive for the left uniting. We already have the highest number of parent denied children erupting in massive increases in youth mischief soon to turn into youth crime. Hiding the results of this lunatic ideology is paramount to the left and controlling power is the only way to hide it.

The Reform grass roots are ready to call their MP`s back to the old motto of reform or else and instruct them to go with or else. Short of changing the system this will make Canada a better place. The easterners may choose to go down with the ship but I assure you it will not take a loud call for westerners to man the life boats.
